Insane. I called and tried to ask if the business was walk-in or appointment only and the lady was extremely rude and hung up on me mid sentence. I can guarantee I will not be using this barber shop.

Very bad service called in and they didn’t answer, so I went in and I spoke to them in both Spanish and English and no one was respectful enough to look up at me and answer my question not even the one lady that made eye contact with me they all just ignored me. While I know they could very well hear me I even rong the bell.

Terrible service. I was asked to wait for my turn, but two other people were helped as soon as they got there. When it was finally my turn, I showed the lady what I wanted. Instead of cutting into layers, she just started cutting chunks of my hair. My hair is now messed up ????. I asked for layers and a bang. Now I look like freaking Peso Pluma. Their music was so loud that I could barely hear when she was talking. She was pulling my hair when brushing it, and my hair is straight. The place is so dirty, they should clean after each customer but it looks like they don't.
