I’m incredibly disappointed in this business. There is a MAJOR communication flaw. Here’s the problem for anyone new trying to sign-on with a stylist at Absolute Hair. If you do not get the direct phone number of your stylist, it is very unlikely that you will successfully get an appointment. I had an amazing experience my first time going in and getting my hair cut. I was able to make an appointment a few months later with the same stylist a MONTH in advance only to have it canceled without my knowledge. I show up to my appointment EARLY after at least two phone calls to the business number throughout the month (and leaving a message with my number and a request for my stylist to call with SOMEONE WHO WAS NOT AT THE SHOP-an outsourced ANSWERING SERVICE!) only to find out the stylist had left/assumed I wouldn’t come/thought my appointment was canceled.
