Mary (Meu), did my hair and overall did a good job. The only thing I have an issue with is that the braid size are not consistent and way bigger than we agreed on.

It was horrible. The braids are unevenly spaced, the spaces are way to big, the braids were also uneven, and they put soooo much holding gel. It’s just a long list. The end product was my hair sticking out like spider legs. They saw that and really tried to make me pay the full price. I was able to bring it down, but no one should have to go through sitting hours in a “professional” hair salon for this to be the end result. There were other reviews about how bad this place is but I didn’t pay it much mind. If you’re reading this, I urge you to find another salon. The hairstylists didn’t even think anything was wrong. They even told me I was partially responsible and that it looked like that because it was my natural hair! That was a big lie because I can do my own hair 100x better then them. I even showed them photos of my old hair and they agreed. That was very unprofessional. They kept telling me how pretty it is…. Like, it’s your salon, your money, of course you are going to tell m
