Michelle said she was going to leave my nails looking pretty and feminine and that’s exactly what she did. She shaped my nails and listened to my requests. Loved getting my nails done by her!

I am highly disappointed and upset with my experience here today. I came in today for a gel pedi and gel fill. My toes were uneven, polish un even, has air bubbles, and just overall was not good work for the two hours I spent in there. I also did not like how my tech Eric treated me after giving him a 3 dollar tip when that is all I had and was trying to be nice in tipping my tech even though it wasn’t the best work. He laughed when he saw the tip and said “ 3 dollars? It’s okay, you spent a-lot of money today.” This is highly unacceptable and I will not be coming back unfortunately due to the service and how I was treated at checkout. This really disappoints me to have to write this review because I had been coming to this shop for a year and half and the last couple times including this time, the service has not been great. I do say If you are going to visit this shop I highly recommend Donny to do your nails for high quality work. For the other techs, pick them at your own risk. *up
