I came in for knotless braids. The results were dissimilar to the picture, not the same length and no curls at the end. I would have been fine with it looking different, if it atleast looked good. Some of the boxes were double the size as others, some were somehow braided upwards at the beginning so they did not lay flat, and the braids went from thin at the roots to thick at the bottom. If you are still in training, it should been discounted since she was not yet a professional. At the end she tried to charge me $50 more than what the lady said when I sat down at the beginning and showed her what I wanted. Service: Box Braids

I scheduled an appointment for today and the staff was super friendly! The quality of my braids are amazing. Not too tight just right. I last minute asked if they could add another person and they graciously accepted the challenge his hair is very fine but they were willing and it looks amazing!!! I will definitely be back! Wonderful and respectful atmosphere. I felt right at home from the first time I went there. I drive one hour to get there. It's worth every penny. Plus, they aren't expensive for what I get. I have locs, so I go to Emma for my styles. But all of those ladies and gents have heavenly hands.
