Hair Cuttery

Berta is great! I have been going to her for awhile!. Qualified, thorough , interpersonal and good energy for sure. I leave the salon each Time satisfied. Jackie and a few others at this shop are great and I say hi every time I’m there. The only problem is Simone is rude, always rolling her eyes when I look towards her , mannerisms are poor .

I got my haircut and a blow dry and it was definitely the worst experience. The women was nice and talkative but when it came to working she was definitely not good. She gave me a blow dry and it was not a good one, I asked to get layers she cut my hair so short and didn't even apologize, I'm never going to give them business if you can stay away please do so save your time and money. I booked this appointment for my daughter. She arrived before her appointment and was taken immediately. She was informed that there was a problem with the water in the shop. The stylist said that she would use some water on her hair to straighten up complained that the hair was tangled. She did the stylist and cut her hair and sent her on her way. She charged her full price for the visit even though it was booked as a wash, cut and blow dry. I do not think we will ever use the services of another hair Cuttery again.
