Hair Cuttery

Came in for a haircut, this was my second time. And I had the pleasure of having Symone both times, she was great! Stars are for her (:

If I could leave zero stars I would. Friend went a few months ago, had a bad experience. She told the stylist only to cut 1-2 inches. The stylist took it upon herself to cut more because of a self bleach job my friend did. And told her “it’s ok I got you” and ended up cutting off 3-5 inches instead. I wanted a haircut and thought hopefully this would be a better experience as my hair is a lot shorter and finer than my friends. Biggest mistake. I went in for a Bob hair cut and now the back of my hair is all a different length. Not to mention there were pieces that were missed in the haircut from the beginning. So now my hair is currently 3 different lengths and the hair cut itself goes in a V shape in the back. Currently waiting on a response from the owner or supervisor. I called the store and was told the manager/supervisor wasn’t in. So I left my name and number.

It all started with an appointment I made with Deanna more than a month ago, which she said she would take, despite that day being her day off. She said no problem, she would take me anyway. Fast forward to the month and she cancels on me through a colleague minutes before I was supposed to arrive at the shop. Super frustrating since I had other consecutive hair appointments lined up after hers to have other treatments done. The woman I speak to asked me if I wanted for someone else there to do my hair and I initially said no because Deanna came recommended as the top colorist there. Looking at my calendar and realizing I don’t have a lot of time I call the salon back to try and schedule with the next best person. From there it became a teenage girl kind of sh*t show. I’m talking to Netta and without asking she puts me on hold while I can hear the conversation she’s having in the background with a colleague. Suddenly the phone hangs up. I called back and talk to a woman with a heavy ac
