Very professional yet extremely personal service is provided. Pooja makes you feel very comfortable and provides at home like service. Easy to talk to, discuss and you are well informed about the procedures. She will tell you honestly what is needed and necessary and does not try to oversell. Staff is very polite and the place is well lit and neat. My mother, who is picky, loves to go to her only. We never had any issue with her or this place.
I did my lashes left up and I am not sure if her products were expired or they were infected with germs, I had a burning eyes and my and back of my eye lids were puffy for 24 hours . She has to make sure that she doesn’t use one product for 100 clients.
Just wanted to share my review. I love coming here for eyebrows but definitely not for henna. I’m an henna artist myself but i needed something to be done while I was on the road. Came here for the second time for henna, hoping it will be better than the first, but of course the Henna was subpar and a rushed job. The artist did not stop to ask if the design was okay. If you want a good henna design, in the Woodbridge area check out bthreads. The artist at bthreads uses jagua ink, a natural ink from the fruit. However this location uses a typical stensil with chemical ink that smudges. There’s no such thing as black or red henna, it’s ethier jagua gel or jagua mixed with henna powder. Was not worth $20 more like $15
