Lina's Cuts Salon

***BUYER BEWARE*** We went into Lina's Salon for the Magic Sleek treatment. The treatment took around six hours which wasn't wholly unexpected and the end result was a straight and shiny looking appearance. However, after about two days it seemed that much of the work had reverted and many strands returned to their original curly appearance. This was a BIG disappointment especially because we spent over $500 on this treatment alone. Lina has a three day guarantee so she was informed of what happened and another appointment was scheduled. Despite meeting with Lina again it seems like the result is the same and large swaths of the hair has returned to a somewhat curly appearance. It is beyond upsetting and there is not much recourse at this point except to warn other would be customers about this particular treatment. I would advise AGAINST it. Lina did not offer much in the way of good reasons for why the quality was so poor besides a bunch of excuses that did not seem to make much sens

The best in town! Lina and her staff know what they're doing. They're very friendly and professional. My hair always looks and feels good when I leave.

Highly disappointed !I got a perm by someone that was not qualified " helper" everything was done wrong from chemical, to rincing, etc... With that being said the perm fell out. I even purchased the product from Lina for my hair, even then the service was not guaranteed. They would fix their mistake for $85.00 after it already cost me around $180 for the last perm and product. It would be different if I used some cheap shampoo and conditioner, or if I did something, but that was not the case ast all. They are familiar with the mistakes the helper makes and they shouldn't have unqualified people working on customers... Service: Curly hair
