I had a blond/ light brown balayage done by Michelle in June and it turned out Amazing. I returned in September to get some of my grays near my temples covered and add a few highlights. When I spoke with CASEY she said I would just need the root coverup and a toner. I trusted her. She’s supposed to be knowledgeable about products and techniques. As she was drying my hair she turned the chair and I saw my reflection. My hair was completely dark brown. I was pretty upset and Casey just kept saying she followed the formula in the computer. It was about an hour from closing time, I was panicking because I had an event the next day and I did not want to leave with my hair like that. She ended up sloppily brushing on lightener (I think that’s what it was) and now my hair is just one dull brassy brown color. I tried to speak with the owner the next day and after several messages she never called me back. Extremely poor customer service at this salon and I do not recommend.

My Wife is in love with this Salon! The atmosphere is refreshing and everyone there is so kind. The creativity and energy is like non she she has experienced anywhere around here. The cut and style she received was amazing.
