I had a frustrating experience with a consultation and I ended up letting myself get talked into a totally different hairstyle than what I had walked in for. The owner found out and made sure it was made right. The staff are really friendly and care a lot about your experience. Also, make sure you get a massage with Roger! He doesn't do a typical massage-- it's somewhere between massage and energy clearing and it's absolutely magical!
Get my hair done by Amy, she's amazing. Everyone at the salon is great though, I bring my young son and they're as wonderful to him as they are to me!
