It was the first time experience for me. I went in for a haircut. I got a haircut. They trim my hair on my ears for me and off my neck. They took me in the back room and washed my hair in a vibrating chair with a facial and neck massage. Then when I went back to the chair to get my glasses in my hat. They took a vibrator to my shoulders and my neck. I was really relaxed when I left. They give you a complete spa with your first haircut. A definite thumbs up five stars. I unfortunately won’t be back here. Been going for over 2 years. And I’m tired of them not following their posted hours and not being open. Always some kind of issues with this location.

I had signed in online my name was next on the board then they took another customer under my name so I lost my spot in line another customer checked in putting me further back in line and I have no way to communicate due to the fact I didn't want to interrupt the barbers but I will not use this location again due to the unprofessionalism I'm not a difficult person I had another location cut my neck bleeding and I had a better experience so please don't bother with location
