Great Clips

Waited almost 2 hours, went in and told them exactly what I wanted and even had a conversation with the stylist about how mose men come in not knowing what they want or how to communicate. I said exactly what I wanted and did not get anything close. Really rough fade, uneven cut,the y cut it way shorter than I said, basicly disregarded everything I said and gave me a cookie cutter men's cut, along with chopping my hair up with texturing shears. Avoid this place, I won't be back

Update 2nd review: Margaret is a favorite and just as wonderful too!! I was nervous to try someone other than Selena but Margaret was just as amazing. Selena wasn’t there and we didn’t want to wait until Monday but no regrets! Highly recommend Margaret! I was really impressed with her level of patience. When we arrived she was the only one working. The phone was ringing, people coming in and out and she maintained her dignity. My daughter felt very comfortable with her, and enjoyed their time, while she cut they chit chatted away much to Kaiyas delight. (My daughter loves to talk) I’m adding pics from Margaret’s excellent cut. She too also really listened to what we both wanted. I could tell she really wanted to get it right and make us both happy and she did!! I was very impressed by her resume, she often expresses how she loves what she does (you can tell too!) and has been cutting for over 30 years! Absolutely trash, signed in early online and waited the nearly two hours it said. Finally get a notification it's time to go to store. Go inside and my names been removed from the list. Lady asks if a want to be added back onto the wait-list. Yeah I'll sit here for two more hours with my 3 year old son. Trash app, trash organization
