Natural Image Hair Salon

Made my appt at this salon because my other salon is booked for a while and my stepdaughter got her hair done here....Tara did a beautiful job on her hair. When my cousin came from out of town, she also wanted her hair done. Tara fit her into her schedule.... my cousin couldn't stop looking at her hair and bragging about what a great job Tara did...my daughter wanted blue highlights so we made an appt with Tara again... couldn't believe what a great job Tara did on her hair so I decided to get highlights since Tara did such a great job on my stepdaughter, cousin, and daughter...had great customer service, love, love my hair! Will definitely be returning to this salon!

I am always reluctant to try a new hair salon, but this turned out to be a great experience. The shop was very clean, neat and well run. Each cubicle had a dividing wall which gave more privacy between you and the stylist to discuss your hair options. Tara, who did my hair was fabulous. She was very creative, but always asked my preference about style. She was patient and took her time. I HAVE NOW FOUND A GREAT HAIR SALON. NATURAL IMAGE DESERVES 10 STARS.

The salon is nice. Very big and I like the personal cubes every stylist has for their creation. I'm disappointed in my experience. My scheduled appointment was 6:30 pm. I arrived on time and waited 45 minutes. My stylist, Kim, was kind enough to come out, greet me, and warn me she was running behind. Sure, I'm a patient person. I enjoyed the time to sit alone. But 45 minutes! And she never came out to acknowledge this wait time. I had to find my way to her and ask how much longer. It's not your clients fault. It's your time management. I don't know the details, but I needed this haircut. I always put myself on the back burner. I was very excited to finally get some chair time and a new haircut but came out completely disappointed and a waste of time. As a suggestion, if you're running late or if you feel you won't make it, just as a supervisor, call and let me know. I'll be happy to stay home and not call an Uber. Not stop painting my walls or packing my suitcase because we're moving
