After my previous stylist moved away I had to find a new stylist. I decided to try Morgan at Reactions in Harbour View. Hands down the best cut I have ever gotten. Exactly what I have been asking others to do for years but no one has ever done it. She nailed it on the first cut. I have natural curly hair, the cut brought out soft curls perfectly. I highly recommend Morgan. Service: Haircut

I only gave one star because I couldn’t give zero, which is really what they deserve. I made an appointment and was actually waiting outside because I was a little early for my appointment when they called me and told me they were running behind and would have to cancel my appointment. That left me with an event the following day and no way to get my hair cut and colored before the event. They made me make an appointment and put a $75 deposit down to ensure I would make the appointment, only to cancel on me less than 1/2 hour before my appointment. I can’t think of a worse way to conduct business. ***Update since the salon decided to respond with inaccurate information. Yes, I arrived 20 minutes early because I live 30 minutes away and didn’t want to get caught in traffic and be late out of respect for the stylist’s time. Also…I was never offered a later appointment that day. If I had been, I wouldn’t have had to frantically call around and beg for a last minute appointment at another

I am not one to write reviews but I feel as though it is critical for me to write a review regarding my experience at this salon. I saw great reviews for the salon so I decided to call and make an appointment. I went in for a haircut with Sean, asking for only a trim, thinking “it’s difficult to really mess up a trim.” Well I was very wrong. After 2 days I washed my hair and realized that my hair was EXTREMELY uneven. I was disappointed with the fact that my hair was not only uneven but that I paid $60 for this horrible haircut. I went into the salon to show the manager and she stated that only the “front pieces” were uneven and that I could not receive a refund due to their policy; they could only fix my hair. Well Morgan fixed it and it still looks absolutely horrible. I will never come back to this salon! STAY AWAY ! Service: Haircut
