THE GLOSSARY NAIL SPA

This place gave me the absolute worst manicure I have ever gotten in my life. I told the lady not to do more than two coats, but she insisted on doing a third so my nails never dried even though I sat there for 20 minutes after my appointment! The were dented by the time I got to the car. Two hours later, they are still not dry. The price is very high for the fast paced very basic service you get. I wanted to go back for a refund, but I did not want to respect disrespect the technician. Therefore, I am just writing my review here to warn other people to go elsewhere. You are much better off driving a few extra minutes to Rockville Pike and you will get the same service or better for a lot less. This place is a joke.

Nice spa. This particular time here, I walked in, asked if space was available. The manager replies yes, and I had to wait 30 mins. After 35 mins 3 ppl came In together, asking about services. The manager then told me I would have to come another day. Because she did not check the book. My husband had dropped me off, and proceeded to run errands. He would have also figured he would have to come pick me up in an hr. I had to sit the hr and wait. I’m upset not because of the nails, but the disregard of my time. She could’ve just said she couldn’t accommodate me.

I started going to Amy at The Glossary Nail Spa a few months ago and am obsessed with my nails every time I leave her chair! She is so professional, friendly, flexible and SO talented. She works efficiently but you never feel rushed. My nails (extensions) always last, never chip and are always carefully applied. Amy can do the classic nail beautifully AND she can do amazing designs. She is always on top of the latest nail trends (which i love) and my favorite part is that she always shapes my nails perfectly! Hands down one of the best nail techs/artists I have been to. Great experiences and results always! 10/10!! Services: Sculpted nails, Nail art, Nail extensions, Nail painting, Acrylic nails, Nail designs, Stiletto nails, Pedicure, French manicures
