I had a really great experience here. I haven't colored my hair in over 6 years and I have solid gray streaks in the front that I wanted to keep while coloring the rest. I asked for as close to my natural color as possible and a blow out. They were very prompt with getting me set up. The ladies here were incredibly nice and warm. I felt very relaxed and taken care of during my time. I even made a quick jaunt down the center to Starbucks while my color set!

I have been there a few times now. Don’t have a choice because I get allergies from other dyes. With that said I have a few issues with this location.The staff is courteous and quick to apply color. My issues are the cleanliness and the wash. I don’t think they sweep the floors till the end of the day cause it’s got hair all over the place (yes I know it’s a hair salon). It’s just disgusting. My second issue is that they don’t do a good job washing the hair. 3 times the dye has been left in my hair especially the nape area and around my ears. Couple of times I asked them to rewash my hair cause when I ran my fingers through the hair to blow dry, my fingers had dye all over them. Could someone please please teach the staff how to wash the dye out of the clients hair?! It is the most frustrating part for me!! I also end up leaving with color still on my ears, my face and neck. This is my second time using their products! And I'm happy! I used a color depositing conditioner the first time, and a permanent dye last week and I'm so impressed! I could finally color my hair on my own and I suck at it! So I will use it again if I need to!
