Initially we contacted Nay to braid my husbands hair. We came across her IG page. After meeting her and seeing how well she treats her clients. I recommend my daughter get her hair braided. My daughter also got her hair dyed and a silk press. Then went back to get a deep conditioning treatment and rod set. (Nay can do it all). I typically wear my natural hair but was interested in trying knotless braids. After having a terrible experience at an African braiding shop. Nay assured me that she would take her time and provide a better experience for me. We can’t thank you enough!!! Now the entire family goes to Hair Lounge. I highly recommend Mz. The salon is clean and well organized. The stylists we very professional and attentive. I wear my hair natural and short and wanted a trim and wash and scalp treatment. The result was excellent.
