Posting a picture of what I asked for & what I got both curly and straight. I returned to the salon on 2 different occasions with concerns on the outcome of my cut & Theresa assured me my hair was cut curly therefore will not look good straight. 100% false, I’m 28 years old and have NEVER had a haircut where I wasn’t able to straighten it. I understand it may look DIFFERENT but this is straight up butchered. Even when it’s curly it looks awful and is SUPER choppy. I’ve never been more embarrassed of my hair. Praying it grows back quickly. I will say this salon has plenty of great reviews, so I was super excited to have Theresa cut my hair. Not sure what went wrong but I didn’t have a great experience at all. I asked for a dry cut-she forgot and by the time I brought it up she convinced me a wet cut would be better and she wouldn’t cut it too short, she used thinning shears (I’ve always been told those aren’t great for curly hair... my hair’s a frizzy mess now), and when I tipped she ad

This salon was amazing!! The staff was friendly and welcoming. The lady doing my hair, Lexi, I believe was her name was incredibly kind and fun to be with. She did my hair exactly how I wanted it and didn’t do her own thing. Definitely recommend this place!!
