I went in as a walk in and was able to be seen. I fully expected to be told to make an appointment but thankfully I was able to be seen. Penny was my stylist and I absolutely adored her. She was very sociable and knowledgeable. The other ladies there were also very polite and made it a fun and inviting atmosphere. The prices are super reasonable, I fully expected to go in and pay a lot more. I even made an appointment for my son because I enjoyed the place so much.
Was able to get a haircut within 2 hrs of calling them to make an appointment . The stylist / owner listened to what I asked! Great haircut! Made an appointment for next month.
