Save your Money! My mom and I went and I had asked for a sunflower and it looks like baby puke on my nails, they also don’t know how to match color I asked for a burgundy for fall and she used purple. They charged $110 and it is normally only $65. After she drew the “flower” before the nails were set she wiped my nails down with a wet paper towel. When I asked for the nails to be shorter she asked me why. They added an services that we said no to and then only half way did them and when we called to talk to the (I guess) manager all he said is she should have told you the prices. NEVER going back. Worst experience I've ever had. Brooked an appointment online. Showed up at the time selected. they ignored me when asked why I wasn't seen yet.I was told they don't book appointments online. Rude staff .the layi ended up with clearly hates her job. I then sat in the chair got online boked an appointment watched the lady approve the appointment and got the confirmation. Make it make sense. Also it's frustrating when these people can't speak a lick of English. Like you live in America if you can't speak the language you shouldn't be running a business!! This was the worst experience I have ever had at a nail salon. I came in at 6:30 the hours state that they close at 8. I asked for a new full set. The technician starts impatiently drilling at my nails which hurt and I asked her to please soak them off. She told me that soaking takes too much time. At that point, I already knew I did not want her to do my full set because she would be rushing through. I told her to save her the time I would just get a manicure instead. She passed me off to another technician because she was leaving early. The next lady had me pay before she even started my manicure. I paid $32 plus tip, my manicure consisted of a warm bowl of water and my nails filed I asked for clearcoat, and she told me it would be $10 extra for regular polish lol worst service and manicure I have ever received. My nails are jagged and uneven.
