I love love the staff! Always sweet and helpful. However for the price you pay for lotions , membership monthly , and sign up. The bulbs need to be replaced. I used to have certain beds I liked , but they all burn out too. I just think if you pay ove 100 dollars for bottle lotion and 60+ month for fee. The bulbs need to be replaced. When you are driving 20min it's such a disappointment. I pay more for higher level bed so I wouldn't have to go everyday. But now I find myself having to go daily. Reason for two star rating: Quality of equipment, blaring bulbs, age of beds in comparison to other high end professional tanning salons - I cannot justify or support Beach Bum cost per session the experience I had using their antiquated tanning equipment. Supposed Platinum bronzing, the stand up bed, I used was a well aged vintage tanning unit. No place to hold onto. No room to move around. The floor was a metal inlay of holes leaving impressions on the underside of my feet. Uncomfortable. No stability, platform or padding, for a solid foundation. Safety issues here people! The ventilation and airflow was severely inadequate. It was hot and it was loud. It was not a high end, spa bronzing experience, considering what was so wonderfully described on their website. We used the buy one get one special. Diamond, middle level. This 8 minute station, rocket ship vertical capsule, stand up did not even touch bronzing level status on my skin. For light therapy however, I give it a 10 plus, l
