I made a 9:30 appointment for this morning. Got there and signed in and the lady sId there was 2 in front of me. I sat and waited for them to finish and a guy walks in, signs in and the lady ask him if he had an appointment and he said yes at 9:40. She told him to come on back and left me setting there. I got up and told her to cancel my appointment because with her it doesn't matter. She wouldn't even acknowledge me and turned her back. Very unprofessional. Been going there for years. Will not go back.
