First time there and still newish to the Norfolk area. Look of the salon is very decent. I was aligned with John as my stylist. I have a sporty pixie that was grown out a bit, and I was a little nervous as I have left salons before looking exactly like a man. John NAILED exactly what I showed him and made even better trim. Found my new salon home and stylist. Grazie John!! ????????????
Very welcoming environment! Everyone is super nice and they take their time on a manicure to make sure it’s perfect. Highly recommend! Service: Manicure
Getting my nails done was fine. My haircut experience was less than fine. I don’t appreciate stylists who ignore me and leave me with a cut I can’t work with in my regular life. If someone says they never style their hair a certain way, don’t style it that way just so you can charge them a little more. Haircut took months to grow out to a point where I could work with it with my actual texture.
