From the front desk to the shampoo bar to the hair cut and styling this is the best Salon I have been to. Tony is hands down the best stylist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. Outstanding service and impeccable job! I do not trust anyone with my hair whatsoever. I’m very particular about what I use on my hair, how I brush it, what brushes I use, and how it’s cut and styled. I couldn’t be happier with my hair! For reference my hair was hip length very fine and uneven. I wanted an A line one length blunt cut, while keeping the length as long as possible but still achieving fullness at the ends. I have virgin wavy and untreated hair. If you are worried about your tresses and like me are afraid to trust another stylist, please give Tony a chance you will not be sorry! Kristiana did my blow dry and was very light handed and wonderful, I almost fell asleep she was so gentle and soft with my head (as was Tony). Worst salon experience I've ever had, I went there because of the good reviews even though it's very expensive, I thought you get what you pay for, but I was wrong, I worked with Tony, he was working with at least 3 other customers at the same time, after confirming he can do what I wanted over the phone, which is a simple trim and one brown all over color, he completely ignored what I wanted, he cut my long hair too short, and gave me a black color instead of the brown color, and on top of that he tried to convince me that I got exactly what I wanted, and didn't even offer to try to fix it, not that he can grow my hair longer but at least try to correct the color, and on top of that he charged me more than what we originally agreed, saying he used more color, even though I'm paying for long hair color. Stylist was working on two other people while working on my hair. That really bothers me condsidering were all paying 200+ to be worked on. The he had two other helpers take tuen to blow dry my hair while he worked on another person. He was very rough handed and not very personable. However, the color turned out very well. So not great experience but ultimately great results. Very contemplative on going back again.
