Fairfax Bliss Nail Salon & Spa

My sister highly recommended me as she knows that I will like it a lot. When I went there I was like OMG! So perfect, so clean, relaxed, and amazing jobs on my nails! I have been coming here now often! :D Highly recommend to look for: Young, Zaya, and Jenny! Young is the most perfectionist for manicure if you’re looking a great job on manicure see picture from her. Keep in mind, go during the week-so much peaceful and the workers are so much relaxed and they take time and do great jobs.

Well, I won’t ever be going back to Bliss nails again. Bliss nails has really gone down the drain. Used to love coming here before COVID. Lately all my visits after COVID have just sucked and the place isn’t what it used to be. This experience was the last straw. The tech asked me when I walked in what I wanted done. I let them know and she obviously was just going to say “not today sorry”. Could of at least offered one service if they couldn’t do both. Had three techs working on one person. I walked in around 5:30pm. Smh.

I’ve been to this place a few times for gel nails and a pedicure. It was just ok so last month I tried a new salon. I broke two nails, so I called Bliss to ask if they could repair two broken gel nails. They said yes, and I arrived five minutes later. When I got there they kept saying extension — extension. I said I don’t have extensions. I know they don’t do nail extensions. After two rounds of this, I said never mind. The nail salon was empty at approximately 5:45 pm. I guess they were hoping to close early. It would have taken 20 minutes to repair my nails. It’s not like they had other customers. Now, I understand why they weren’t busy the other times I visited their nail salon. Poor customer service... I certainly won’t go back there. Services: Nail repair, Gel manicures
