Stopped in this afternoon for a pedicure and had great service. The nail technician was very good and got all the edges around my nails. They offer water and diet Coke for patrons. However, the decor could use updating and a deep cleaning. Otherwise, it was a stellar experience

They were not happy when I said I’m walk in. Someone who work there took my phone away and went to a room for 3 minutes. Nail salon worker should make the customer sit at a chair then bring their colors if the customer want design from their phone. I’m saying this from ex nail technician’s point of view.

They don't know how to do dip nails. They tried and kept sanding down my nails. Lan made 4 of my fingers bleed. When I told them that I didn't like what they did they told me it was too late. I told them that I'd be fine with them starting over with regular gel instead. They said no. My fingers hurt. Next time I'm going back to Sully nails (off of stone rd.). I only came here because my friend wanted to try a cheaper place. They ended up being the same price for sns dip as sully, but much less quality. Look at the picture of my thumb, the coloring is all kinds of weird. Look at my pinky, it's so red and there are cuts on both sides. It took Lan more than an hour and a half to finish with a disappointing final product. She told me that if I messed up my nails that I could come back and she'd fix them for free... but I honestly don't want to sit through that again.
