Wonderful experience! Had Bella as my stylist, and she listened to my concerns and challenges, and she helped me in moving forward in a path that is positive to fit my needs. I told her the color I wanted but gave her carte le blanche on the specifics as related to the depth and shade and well everything else. I am not a colorist and cannot match color to skin tone. That is not my gift. I know the stylist did a good job when I get compliments on my hair. Kudos!! Bella is not the first stylist I have worked with at this salon. My hair has been styled by a few stylists and it has been top notch every single time. Not once have I been disappointed. Highly recommend.

I couldn’t have had a better experience than I had at Valon. I called to get my appt and told the lady what I needed. She scheduled me with exactly the right stylist who had pictures ready on her phone for the color and hair cut I was looking for based on what I told the receptionist. The color and cut are perfect. Jenny did my hair. I have a new friend. The really nice part was having my eyebrows waxed. She took me into the spa section and did the waxing. It was so relaxing. I’d definitely book a spa visit there. I can’t say enough about Jenny. She listened to everything I said and was so supportive. I’m still smiling and it is 6 hours later.
