Xanadu Salon & Color Bar

If I could do no stars I would, horrible experience, my hair is ruined for $516!!! Went in for consultation sounded pretty good,when I went in for highlights I wound up with all kinds of hair color mostly brassy, didn’t even feel comfortable going out in public. I spoke with the manager and told her I would get in my car right now and show her my hair she said she’s not a stylist I told her you don’t have to be a stylist to see, she said my only option was to come back and have someone give a consultation, I agreed and the lady was super nice, saw the issue took all kinds of omg pictures, I would have to wait a month or my hair would be further damaged. I have had to do treatments each week, I was so frustrated I called the manager back a few weeks later and she decided I probably wasn’t going to be happy there and I agreed and she said she would refund me. In the end she refunded my money but minus the tip! For $516 my hair should look amazing, instead it’s still a disaster!! My opin

Where do I begin? First off, the place is absolutely beautiful, and the staff is so friendly they make you feel right at home. I see Callie for color, and not only is she amazing, she's super fast and really knows what she's doing. I leave feeling super sassy and satisfied! I ???? % love this salon & color bar, and I definitely recommend you it find out for yourself!

Amber knows what she's doing. She made me feel so comfortable and confident in my choice. She told me what she was doing each step of the way. Also told me what to expect after I left. I left feeling beautiful. Before and after Amber.
