Awesome service provided. Quality work on my sons head. Best to make an appointment, although they do allow walk-ins.
I have 2 daughters aged 3 and 2. This was going to be there 1st salon experience. Booked 1.5 weeks ahead of for 11. We arrived 1101 and the stylist, Zee, texted at 1048 saying she was running late. She didn't arrive until 1135 with no other texts or updates. Won't be coming back. If you're going to be that late at least some type of communication would've been appreciated. Responding to the reply to this review: I'm simply giving details of my experience here is all. Not trying to blast anything. I know stuff happens, but I also know there isn't any reason why we couldn't receive some type of communication about it all. If I were part of the Upper Echelon team I would've first apologized for the inconvenience then offered my customer some type of remediation to make up for it. I got neither, just a: "OK I'm here"[40 mins later than scheduled]. Service: Braids
Passing through Chesapeake found this place on Google Places very comfortable very peaceful and The Barbers are nice
