Carla always my appointments go by so much faster with her personality and her conversation. When I walk out I look forward to my next visit.
Had a scheduled appointment today 10/06 at 4:30 pm. I showed up and they were closed. Notice said they were on an hour lunch break. WTH!! I had an appointment!! I've been here before and they've always done a great job, but I didn't appreciate what happened today. I come all the way from Norfolk to see them because for some reason the one here is never open. Wasted gas, time and toll money. Don't think I'll take that trip again.
Not sure why they closed the Suffolk locations. But found a great option. My stylist Sabrina did a fabulous job ???? will be coming back soon
