This girl has taught me to always trust the process! Client education is key when it comes to a client knowing and understanding what is needed to achieve their desired look. Wynter always looks out for the health of my hair and always listens to what I want, then she talks me through the process and always lets me know what steps it will take to get there. The end result is always amazing. Now I feel comfortable enough to sit in her chair and say “Just do what you do, I trust you” because I know she’s going to make my hair look awesome even in “the in-between”. Also- she’s a diamond of a friend!

I was a first time client and was so excited about my appointment. The day before I double checked (since it was “supposed” to snow) that the appointment still stood & the stylist said it was and also agreed to play it by ear in case it did snow. Never heard from her again. The day of the appointment I drove over 30 minutes and waited until 2:28 for my 2:30 appointment. At 2:29 the stylist said she wasn’t coming in. Not a good first impression.

Wynter is the absolute best. She has been doing my hair for 8 years and I will never go to anyone else. Every element of her salon experience is supurb: her knowledge, her capability, her creativity and her kindness.
