I am not pleased. I walked in and there wasn't anybody to be seen. I said "hello" and out from the back walks a lady. She was swinging her hands back and forth as if she were drying her recently polished nails. She asked how she could help me. I asked for a haircut for a three year old boy and she said "I'm sorry but we are busy". The salon was empty though. I would have understood if she was busy with a customer. But she was taking care of her own needs and not putting the business first.
So happy to have tried out this little place. Sulma is a gem - efficient, gentle, and experienced. She does a great classic long layered look. Well priced, unfussy, quality, and close to home. Have been twice so far and have no reason to go anywhere else. Thanks!
Rossi is AMAZING!!!! (all the stylists at Mirage are) but Rossi truly performed a miracle on my hair today! Exactly what I wanted but not only that she knew exactly what I needed based on my natural hair color and skin tone. Don’t skip the deep conditioning treatment after highlighting/color!!
