Horrible , just went to do simple blow dry , the lady was using flat iron without drying my hair properly. they don’t know how to handle hair with extensions. You damage the extensions if you use iron without proper blow-dry. Charged me, lol without doing the job ! And totally ignored me while I was trying to explain what went wrong why I am leaving in the middle .They don’t listen. Never seen a salon like this in my entire life ! I am shocked and ruined my hair ,my day, by simply entering there . A bad decision. Disorganised and don’t know what they are doing .This is how they are . Never ever coming back for sure.

I walked into this hair salon due to its proximity seven years ago based on proximity to my apartment. I asked for someone who was experienced with curly hair and Vila was recommended. I have been going to her for my hair cuts ever since. She has never steered me wrong, even when I spontaneously cut off over 8 inches of hair. Despite my curly, thick hair, her cuts and layers are always spot on and restore my hair to health. In addition, her blow outs are amazing (especially considering the fact that I have coarse, curly hair) and maintain their body for days. She only uses a brush, blow dryer, and occasionally a little oil and my hair is always absolutely stunning. I have waited weeks for her to return from vacation and she is well worth the wait. I highly recommend Vila at hair gallery.

I have been a client of Marlene for a number of years. Marlene is incredibly professional, kind and knowledgeable; she guides me with her opinion, but will always do what her client wants—however I always listen to her because I end up with the perfect color and cut every time! Hair Gallery is a really nice and clean location with garage parking. I have been impressed by their operation and would highly recommend Hair Gallery and Marlene in particular.
