I’m not the type to complain but my experience was horrible. I came in to get a light brown and walked out with bright orange/yellow. I had long hair down to my lower back and came out with hair to my shoulders when I asked for a slight trim. I honestly think she was doing whatever she wanted and not what I wanted. I walked out the salon and cried for 30 min never felt so ugly. I even texted her before I booked to see if she can work with my hair.
I love the way Mindy M does my hair! The color is always great and the cut is exacly how i want it everytime. Ive been going to Indivisual salon for at least 4 years and they are always super nice and Mindy is a hoot! Last time i was in she stuled my hair after a cut and curled it sooo cute!! I couldnt duplicate it! Love!???????? Services: Hair straightening, Hair glazing, Haircut, Hairstyling, Hair highlighting, Hair coloring
I love going to Shari - she is skilled, talented and so energetic!
