michelle did amazing work on my hair. i definitely recommend requesting her for hair cut and dying the hair.

I had to get my girls in for a new school year cut for each of them. Laura was able to accommodate all three of us, and even though it was their first time in a salon, she put them right at ease. She has an incredibly friendly and professional presence and she asked them, and gave them both exactly what they asked for. They're still raving!!!! Definitely a recommendation I am comfortable giving!!

I made an appointment for my son to get a hair cut. They rearranged a regular customer to provide plenty of time. I thought that was a little unusual but didn't think much of it. Once we got there, the guy started cutting and it was looking great. I thought he was almost done, then he started over, cutting the whole thing again, just shorter. This happened 2 or 3 times. The appointment was over an hour! Almost an hour and 15 min. It was like he just kept accidently cutting one area shorter than the rest and had to "even it all out" over and over. The other appointment actually showed up and waited 30 min for this guy to finish with my son. I'll never go here again.
