Absolutely horrendous. I went in extremely excited about my new hair and left horribly disappointed; I got my hair done only three days ago and the results are awful. I showed my stylist a specific photo and gave a very detailed description of exactly what I wanted, and they did not listen to what I asked and only followed their own recommendations. Color came out spotted and patchy, and my hair was left with awkward chunks. They did not give me the color I specifically asked for and would not cut it the length I showed. Terrible and never coming back here.

Clean building and friendly secretary to point you in right direction to the stylist studio you're looking for. They do need to update the list on the wall from what I saw though, unless I just missed Veronica's name. Veronica Le is awesome! 5 stars for Veronica. Will help with and explain color choices and styles. She also will explain each step to you and why she is doing or not doing something to your hair. Seriously amazing hair stylist/colorist.
