Great Clips

We have been going to the Sherman Great Clips for over 10 years and love it. Always get a good cut.

I had never gone there before and all I asked for was a trim then they framed my face without really asking me she just started cutting after I left I started crying but thanks the GREAT CLIPS I look like my grandma and I’m a 17 year old girl this is not okay!!????

Went in to get a haircut for me and my younger sister. I had no issue with Kalynn, who did my haircut. She gave me the style I asked for and there were no problems at all. Jason, however, who cut my sister's hair, was extremely rude and unprofessional. He refused to cut her hair in the style she wanted and forced her to settle for one that he decided she should have. Despite him bringing over a book that featured hairstyles, and her choosing one, after five minutes into cutting her hair, he somehow forgot all about that and demanded she come up with a photo of the style she wanted. She was trying to describe what she wanted too, but he wouldn't listen at all and just made her settle for something else. During most of the time she was his customer, he yelled at her and spoke extremely condescendingly. Definitely the worst customer service either of us have experienced. Never coming back and I will take every opportunity I get to warn people away from there as well. Service: Haircut
