Off the Top Hair Salon

I was looking for a new stylist and my neighborhood Facebook page recommended this salon and Stacee in particular. I was very excited to get an appointment with her today. I arrived at the salon and the note on the door said to wait in your car and they would call you when they were ready for you, which I totally understand and appreciate. It's about 10 minutes past my time so I call to make sure I am supposed to wait, and they told me they would call me. I then wait 30 minutes past my time with no call and end up leaving. I finally get a call 35 minutes past my time and I'm told they couldn't find my number, that's why it took so long. I'm not sure if tardiness is the new norm, but I'm not accepting it. I could see if the previous appointment ran late, which should have been communicated to me, but not being able to locate my number is ridiculous.

I've never walked out of a salon happy and that's the truth. All the previous stylists I've seen have never actually listened to me to know what I want and do what I wanted them to. Even after bringing pictures to show them. I've always had to go home after leaving the salon and having to go home and fix it. So when I was asking around to get a new stylist a friend of mine recommended Stacee. And I am thoroughly glad she did. She genuinely listened to me. She did exactly what I wanted. My hair is naturally curly and coarse so it's very difficult to work with. She showed me what to use, what to do, and how to style it. And I'm telling you I watched intently everything and every step so I can try to do it at home myself. She made my hair feel not only pretty but so smooth and soft. I was amazed. On a separate note I've never been able to sleep on my hair and wake with my hair pretty. I've always had to work with to "do" my hair. Not today though. I actually woke up with it still look

Stacee Rosales is my stylist and I love her! She's very accommodating when it comes to setting appointments. She's extremely knowledgeable in hair color. Her haircuts are divine! I've not gotten any bad services from her. GO. SEE. HER. NOW!
