Everything about this experience was amazing! I went in looking for an updated trimmed look, and wanted to keep my gray but color darker underneath. Tai came up with a better idea than I had even thought of, and after we selected the color together, she went for it, and I loved it! The results were gorgeous, to the point where a woman stopped me when I was walking to my car and gasped at the artistry of Tai's work. She immediately parked and went inside the salon and now she has an appointment for tomorrow. I'm tender-headed, and Tai's patience and skill is so impressive. Her salon is lovely, and I'll be taking my daughter in as soon as she's ready to change her look, or if she just needs a breezy cut/blowout for the summer. Thank you, Tai! Taiwo was nice to talk to but she bruised my eye lids while doing my eyebrows. Her wax was not able to get the hair out so she waxed the same area about 5 times (rookie mistake) and it still hurts after 10 hours. She did not refund for the futile service of not shaping the brows properly. Overall I'm super disappointed. I spent a total of 1.5 hours there waiting for wax to heat and her slow waxing process. Other places take about 5 mins. I will, unfortunately not be returning. Services: Eyebrow beautification, Eyebrow shaping, Waxing
