I strongly don’t recommend this salon for people with type 4 curly hair. While washing and blow drying my hair for a silk press I could feel my hair ripping from my scalp and I was in so much pain. After the blow dry I couldn’t stay in the salon any longer so, I asked for a SMALL trim. The woman doing my hair cut close to half of my hair off that day. I was on on the verge of tears when I left this salon.???? Services: Blowouts, Haircut

I'm alway a little hesitant when going into a salon for the first time. I'm so glad I went my hair was absolutely flawless! Services: Hairstyling, Hair coloring

I tried to use this salon but the lack of service resulted in me walking out. I made a 1pm appointment for color. Since it was my first time there, I arrived a little early. The young lady at the front desk was lovely. She checked me in and was very polite and professional. At 1 pm she sat me at the wash bowl, I sat there for a few minutes. She then came back and moved me to a chair. She said the stylist Felicia would be right there. I waited and waited and waited. Neither Felicia or anyone else come to start my color. After sitting there for 35 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, I took off the cape, walked to the front desk and advised the young lady at the front desk that I was cancelling my appoint because of such poor service. I totally understand that they are busy and their time is valuable, but so is my time. When I booked my appointment I was charged $17 that would be applied towards my service. I hope they don't have the audacity to keep my money. I'm not here t
