Hair Evolution Salon

I am distraught. I got a haircut yesterday. The price was 20$ they charged me 55. I asked why and lady said 'cut and whatever she did to your hair'. What she did was blow dry my hair and she asked if I like a certain way and I told her wavy. How could I know that comes with 35$? Also the lady pulled and tugged on my hair several times, she conditioned my scalp. How can a hair professional not know that. She took almost 1.5 hours on my hair, just so slow. And the biggest thing, I specifically told her to not cut on the length too much as I only wanted trimming, she cut literally 5-6 inches of my hair. It's going to take my a year to grow it back. I feel sad (staying polite on this forum) with this experience.

For haircut really good. Alba, she’s kind, respectful. And knows what she is doing with cutting hair... I had to edit::: I had mentioned color but taking it back. Dyed my hair here on Thursday (red) and parts are turning pink. Will be going back this Thursday to get a “treatment” . Will keep posted (02/17/2020). pic is from 02/13/3020<<<—
