500$ plus for short hair I'm not sure how this place is still open

I have been on a search for an inexpensive salon with a good hairstylist to get a trimmed blunt bob. After reading the good reviews I decided to check this place out. Respectfully, this was one of the worst haircuts I’ve ever gotten. My hair is naturally very thick and straight, making mistakes very noticeable; especially when my hair is not thinned out. (It had only been about 3 months since my last cut somewhere else). The pictures attached show how one side of my hair is noticeably shorter than the other. I tried parting my hair differently while my hair was still wet but realized it’s not my parting, it’s just simply uneven. I also realized I have a lot of random pieces that were sticking out. I tried to fix my hair by cutting it myself although it was very difficult because I have a lot of hair. But besides the bad haircut, the stylist was very nice and the cut was inexpensive.

Liza is amazingly talented! My quarantine hair needed so much help and she brought it back to life! We talked about what I wanted for my hair and she made it happen- I didn't even need to show her a picture. I went for a haircut and color and I'm so pleased with how everything turned out. Can't recommend this place enough!
