I’ve been to this place a few times before today and had a great experience. Today was a different story. I asked for my eyebrows to be threaded. The woman who did the threading was rude and made my eyebrows WAY TOO THIN. I am so upset. I’m have an event on Sunday and my eyebrows are basically non existent. I will not be returning to this location ever again. Service: Eyebrow threading

The heavy set lady in chair one who wouldn’t give me her name then said it was Fatima completely messed my eyebrows up. She thinned them and when I went back to show her how my eyebrows looked before she claimed I drew them in when my eyebrows are so thick I don’t need to fill them in. I showed her a picture without makeup and she kept trying to gaslight me that she didn’t thin them. The front desk lady said she’s never made a mistake before and that I’m lying and she didn’t mess my eyebrows up. Absolutely disgusting service and people. That’s why there salon was empty today on a Saturday and Natasha’s was packed Service: Eyebrow threading

I had a greatttt experience over here in clear lake.. the staff is amazing.. the receptionist nailaji was amazingggg and so welcoming.. first of all im not a person who does self care or facials or visit salons on regular basis but bushraji changed my mind with her amazing service (im sorry if i misspelled ur name ji) she was amazing.. she took care of me really well.. I was worried about threading my face.. the pain was bearable she made me comfortable and she was quick so it was not that much pain… the wait was not too long as well even though i didn’t have an appointment.. yes they do accept walk-ins.. highly recommended and I’m definitely going to go back for facial and threading.. my face feels so soft and clean and i feel so refresh… thank you so much for the great service
