Jinyi’s Salon

I wish I had a better experience, but the haircut looks horrible. I wanted just a full color with a simple haircut, and wanted to keep my length. But she ended up doing highlights, and chopped my hair significantly. She kept talking about disconnected haircut and that it will look really good and it will be easy to style. Well it doesn’t, it looks so bad and it’s an absolute nightmare to style it. When I was at the salon, I couldn’t really see my hair from the back because of a very deem light. My hair is not even, it’s chopped. When I texted her she refunded only $30, and I paid $281. Very disappointing!!!

Totally last minute idea for my baby to get her hair chopped off and Jinyi saved the day. We got so lucky because she had a last min cancellation and graciously accepted our walk in! It’s tough getting a spot on a Saturday. She is soooo kind and sweet!!! I just can’t say enough good things about her. I feel thankful for meeting this wonderful lady today, Jinyi ❤️❤️! Jinyi, the owner, is extremely skilled and friendly. Knows how to cut Asian hair and will provide analysis to tailor a haircut that will suit your face. I have only ever experienced that in Asia. She was also able to diagnose the condition of my scalp with just a touch and recommended ways for me to treat my scalp better and style my hair. Best haircut experience ever. Will definitely see Jinyi for all my haircuts from now on. She’s by appointment only.
