!!ASK FOR DARLENE !!! I have dark brown wavy hair and ofc I came in with a picture of some girl with highlights from Pinterest. Darlene took one look at the pic and knew exactly what I wanted and more !! I felt so taken care of from the time I made the appointment to the end results. everyone at the salon is so kind and friendly it’s a great environment to be in !! the prices are also really affordable for the quality of service you’re getting. THANK YOU DARLENE!!

My daughter paid for me a root touch up with Darlene asa gift. I was so very impressed with the way she did my hair and just love the color and blow dry she did on my hair. Thank you Darlene you did an amazing job. I will be seeing you again.

All of the things that make you feel pampered and ready to fork out $60-$100 just didn’t happen. My stylist didn’t understand the assignment. Instead of a A-line cut I ended up with a shoulder-length Bob I specifically requested she NOT do. She was sweet but I had to initiate and carry the conversation. I stopped talking because it felt like a Wal-Mart experience: you do all the work. Truth be told the second I saw her hair I should’ve tucked tail and ran. The shampoo/conditioner they used didn’t smell nice at all and when Madison styled my hair, she used zero products. NONE! Isn’t that part of the fun of going to a salon…being turned onto new products you might not know about?!? Guess not. And don’t get me started on the bull-nose pierced millennial receptionists that had the personality of a dried up noodle. I’m pretty sure I won’t go back unless Kiersten is available or if Great Clips can’t squeeze me in. This might be a great salon but I do not recommend Madison.
