Chong has always done a good job, but this last time I received a perfect cut without a picture & little explanation. She knew exactly what I wanted & I received many compliments. Chong really knows what she’s doing & I could not be happier & she’s my hairdresser hands down ???? Service: Haircut
Chong is awesome! She has been cutting my hair for over 7 years now and I've been extremely satisfied with each haircut. She listens and knows what style will look good for you. I highly recommend her!
Wanted to like Chong and her work based on the reviews I read but I left her shop feeling so miserable and unhappy. The cut was not as expected and did not look like the photos that I showed her. The photos showed the side and back view of a haircut that had long and even layers. The cut I got was like a big heavy bowl on top and shaved along the lower neck area. Update: Chong offered to fix the cut and did a good job on making it right. i was thankful for her doing this and glad that we were able to work out the problem Service: Haircut
