Absolutely amazing! I love this Location. I've shopped for my go to hair products there for a while now. Went there to get my hair repaired after a bad experience somewhere else. And omg!!! The hairstylist did a wonderful job! My hair looks amazing! This is my new go to for getting my hair done. Love you ULTA!!!!

I’ll start off by saying I’ve used Ulta for years and instore pickup for multiple locations. Yesterday I wanted to order a particular product but it was not in stock at my closest location. The app said the Mansfield location had what I needed in stock. This is a 30-40 min drive from where I live…not a big deal since I really wanted the product. I also ordered 2 other things I needed. I get to the store and the store associate hands me a small bag- I start walking out realizing the bag is too small for what I ordered…I turn around and asked if there was another bag because I was missing a product….I guess she was going to just let me leave without telling me something was out of stock??? She says “let me check our system…oh it looks like we shorted you..an item you wanted is not in stock…” Very annoying as I have never had this happen in all of the years I’ve used ulta…what they have on their website is ALWAYS what I pickup..I’ve never had an issue. I got my short, short haircut here for my brain surgery coming up in almost a week! I had a great conversation with my stylist and she was inspired by my positivity. I always feel negative, so I felt really supported and encouraged. Thank you, Angie!
