Charming Nails & Spa

I thought my visit was going to be great since they had 4.8 star review, but I was wrong and so were the reviews. Let me start by saying they rush to do your feet. They barely scrub your feet. They probably scrub both of my feet for like 40 seconds total… I came in with my toenails straight and squared but sadly I didn’t walk out the same. If I didn’t tell them to fix my toenails, I would’ve walked out with some crooked, rounded, and some barely squared-shaped nails. And the woman who did my feet dare to grunt when I said I did not like my toenail round and that I like them square. I went with my sister as well, and she had the same lady and rushed on my sister's feet as well...I don't know why if they were empty...ig that should've been a red flag. Sister still has dead skin on her feet…. Nail polish on the bottom of my toe…. Oh, when she went to fix my toenails she was fixing something else I didn’t even ask her to fix….. disappointed… this salon does not deserve a 4.8 review ???????

If you're looking for a great nail salon, I highly recommend Charming Nail Spa. The staff there are incredibly friendly and skilled, and they always make me feel welcome and comfortable. I recently tried both their gel and dip manicures, and I was blown away by the quality of the work. My nails looked amazing and stayed perfect for weeks! Overall, I can't recommend Charming Nail Spa enough. It's definitely my go-to spot for all my nail needs! Services: Hand & foot massages, Pedicure, Dip powder, Gel manicures
