Ovation Salon Suites

I recently visited this place, and unfortunately, my experience left much to be desired. The first thing that struck me was the uncomfortably cold atmosphere, lacking any warmth or personality. To my surprise, the door was always locked, making it inconvenient to enter. Upon encountering the girl at the front room, I was greeted with a noticeable attitude problem and a constant scowl on her face. Her demeanor made me feel unwelcome and discouraged me from returning. The absence of a helpful receptionist only added to the overall disappointment. The lack of assistance and the overall atmosphere of superiority displayed by the staff left a bitter taste in my mouth. Regrettably, I cannot recommend this place. It's essential to feel welcomed and valued as a customer, and unfortunately, that was sorely lacking here.

Clean and organized. Not much else to say ????

Ovation Salon is updated and very nice. My stylist's suite is spacious and a great place to visit for pampering.
