The owner of this place is deplorable. Took zero ownership of a horrible bleach job that over processed my sister’s hair so much that it literally started coming out in chunks. When the owner was called, she threatened to call the cops on us because my sister simply asked for her money back then she told us we don’t know what we’re talking about and hung up on us. How do you not know what you’re talking about when your hair is falling out in clumps? -15 out of 10. Do not recommend. Avoid this place at all costs. Also. After they put a mask on her hair and styled it to see just how bad the damage was, the owner offered a 40% refund only if we promised not to write a bad review. Sadly, that was too little too late. I’d rate Shelly and Justine 20 stars if I could. They helped me during a time where I felt like my hair was too thin and thought I didn’t have any options. Luckily, I found Shelly on Instagram. I messaged them right away and booked a consultation. When I came in, Shelly recommended tape in extensions. After she answered all my questions and doubts, I truly believed this was the best option for me. Best part is, she offered to install my tape ins the SAME DAY as my consultation!! I have ZERO regrets as the extensions make my hair look way fuller but also I feel a lot more confident and for that I’m so thankful. I 100% recommend. Service: Hair extensions

I have been going to Laura at Beene & Co for years, she has always done a wonderful job with my hair. I have struggled with TTM since I was 12 years old. Recently Laura referred me to Shelly for a hair topper to help allow my hair to grow. I was amazed at the results.
